The Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic as the Programme Operator of the "Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation" (SK-Climate) Programme, funded by the Financial Mechanisms of the European Economic Area and the Kingdom of Norway in the 2014-2021 programming period published Project Promoter and Project Partner Guide effective from 15th March 2021.
