Evaluation of Programme

Evaluation is, in line with the article 1.6 (g) of Regulations on the implementation of the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, a systematic, objective and independent assessment of the design, implementation and/or results achieved in programmes and projects with the aim of determining the relevance, coherence and consistency effectiveness, efficiency, impacts and sustainability of the financial contribution.

The main objective of the evaluation was to provide an independent and objective assessment of the implementation and results of 6 programmes implemented under the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism in the programming period 2014–2021, including the Programme SK-CLIMATE. It was a summative (ex–post) evaluation. Each Programme was evaluated separately by external experts.
